Today age is the iPhone and Smartphone age. So almost everyone can use iPhone or SmartPhone for their personal use. You can use Apple Notes App into your iPhone to save your personal documents or synced with iCloud. Whenever you can enable the iCloud option, all your previous notes remain on your device also. In this article, we’ve share a technique, of how to move them to your iCloud account from iPhone Notes app.
First of all, go to your Notes app account, and see that an iCloud section is available or not, if not then simply enable Notes in your iCloud account. For doing this task, simply go to your Home Screen menu, then go to your Setting Section, and then iCloud and make sure notes is enables, simply see the below screenshot.
Now after that, open your “Notes” app on the screen. This is because you can actually moving from there. So simply follow below screen shots.
Now here you can see that, any notes which are listed under the “On My iPhone” or simply “On My iPad” are always stored locally into your own device. To move any of the following your own notes into the iCloud account, then tap on “Notes” under the “On My iPhone” where all of your iPhone notes are available.
When you are in the one of the following folders under the “On My iPhine”, then simply click on the upper right side corner “Edit” button like below the screen shot.
After clicking on the Edit button, a new page open, then a selection ball showing before the every notes. Tap the selection ball for the notes of the following list, which you want to move it from your iPhone to iCloud account.
Now here you can tap “Move To” button which is showing in the screen lift corner below.
Remember that, these are only done when ever you want to move more than one notes, but if you want to move only one Note, then simply swiping left on it and tapping “Move” button and similarly you can delete it.
When you’ve selected the all the Notes which you want to move to the iCloud , the Folder Screen display. Now here you can simply select the folder under the iCloud into which you want to move the selected Notes from iPhone.
Now the notes is moved out to the local folder .
After moving this , into the iCloud folder. Now remember that the number of the total Notes in the iCloud folder is increased by the total number of Notes you have move from iPhone. But the total Notes under the original place does not suddenly decrease. This is a small bug, but don’t worry, it does not effect any thing.
Now simply double click on home button, and it will swipe up on the notes app preview.
Now, in this way, you can easily move all your Notes to the any folder of iCloud account, or any folder of iCloud to your iPhone account. This is very simple and easy way, so hope you like this.
