Asus X015D appeared on TENAA, might be Zenfone Go 2. TENAA is a Chinese telecommunication authority. The same device with the same model number also appeared on a popular benchmark platform called GFXBench.
Rumors are saying that the device with the model name ASUS_X015D can be a successor of ASUS ZenFone Go which was launched a few months ago with the model number X104D. The rumored device is expected to launch as ZenFone Go 2.
The listing revealed the following specifications. It will have 5.5″ 720p HD screen. There is no mention of any kind of glass protection. The device will be powered by MediaTek MT6750 chipset, which is an octa-core chipset with CPU cores clocked at 1.5GHz. There are expectations of 2 RAM variants with different storage capacity.
Reportedly, one variant will have 3GB RAM with 32GB of internal storage. Another one is expected to offer 4GB RAM with 64GB of internal storage. The UI is said to be ZenUI 3.0 based on Android 7.0 Nougat. The device is a 4G device with VoLTE support.
There is no assured information available about dual rear camera setup. A listing says it will be 13-megapixel dual rear camera setup. Another listing shows it may be 8-megapixel dual-rear camera set-up. So, expectations are that it will have one camera with 13MP sensor and another one with an 8MP sensor. The front camera is said to be a 5-megapixel camera.
