OnePlus 5 specifications out, Snapdragon 835 confirmed. Nowadays, OnePlus 5 is popular in tech rumor and tech news. There has been a lot of rumors and tech news about the device. Recently, Qualcomm said that their flagship SoC Snapdragon 835 will be powering OnePlus 5. And Recently, OnePlus CEO Pete Lau has also confirmed that their upcoming device will be powered by Snapdragon 835 SoC.
OnePlus CEO also said that OnePlus team was also working on another aspect other than just selection of components. He said that “One of the main areas we wanted to improve was touch latency. As a result, apps respond quickly to your touch for a seamless user experience,”
He also said that OnePlus wants to improve the smoothness of overall system and to achieve this, they have added a feature into OxygenOS to better manage apps and app performance. Commenting on this Pete Lau said, “The apps you use most are ready to go when you turn on the OnePlus 5. Apps you rarely use are deprioritized and kept from affecting performance.”
Other specifications of OnePlus 5 are not officially confirmed by the OnePlus company but rumors are suggesting that the device will have a dual-rear camera in the centre. It is said to feature ceramic build, a 5.5″ quad-HD display. It might also have 8GB RAM variant with 128GB of internal storage.
